Return\/Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>

The Return\/Exchange Policy by Trintosa is hereby to inform our customers about the terms and conditions established regarding the possibility of product exchange\/return after the purchases are made.<\/p>

Exchange Policy for orders from Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia<\/strong><\/p>

We do not offer Returns for any purchase made online after you have received the order.<\/p>

Exchanges are accepted only for regular-priced items. Exchanges are not allowed for products on sale. We can only Exchange Products for the same price or higher-priced items. Exchanges are accepted only if you\u2019ve requested the exchange within 48 hours after you\u2019ve received the order. The shipping fee for the exchange must be\u00a0paid by the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>

Return\/Exchange Policy for international orders:<\/strong><\/p>

Please make sure that you have read and understood the Return and Exchange Policy. Trintosa hereby informs you that all International orders are Final.<\/p>

We do not offer Returns. Exchanges are not allowed after you have made the purchase and the order has been shipped.<\/p>
